- Worcestershire sauce1 tbsp
- Honey1 tbsp
- Chicken stock cube1
- Garlic salt1 tsp
- Onion powder1 tsp
- Sweet smoked paprika1 tsp

Method

Combine barbecue sauce, Worcestershire sauce, honey, crumbled stock cube, garlic salt, onion powder, paprika and water. Boil for 5 minutes; cool.

Coat ribs with half the sauce. Use immediately, or refrigerate overnight as the source suggests.

Line the air-fryer basket with baking paper, add ribs and brush with sauce. Cook at 160°C for 25 minutes. Turn, brush again and cook for another 5–10 minutes until cooked. Serve with the prepared corn, wedges and salad.
