- Plain Bread Crumbs⅔ cup
- Parmesan½ cup
- Garlic cloves2
- Basil2 tsp
- Salt1 tsp
- Crushed Red Pepper Flakes¼ tsp
- Worcestershire sauce2 tbsp
- Milk2 tbsp
- Olive oil1 tbsp

At this stage, preheat oven to 400℉ (205℃). Lightly grease a 9x13 pan or 11x17-inch baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.

In a roomy mixing bowl mix together 1 1/2 pounds ground chicken, 3/4 cup plain bread crumbs, 1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese, 2 cloves minced garlic, 2 teaspoons dried basil, 1 teaspoon salt,; then 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes.

Stir in in 2 tablespoons milk, 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce, 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil,; then 1 large egg. Mix thoroughly until ingredients are evenly distributed.

At this stage, shape into 1 to 1.5 inch balls. Whatever size you choose, they should all be roughly the same size for even cooking.

Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees. For extra crispy stir in an additional 10 to 15 minutes.
