Preheat oven to 425°F. mix together topping ingredients and reserve.

Boil noodles al dente following the packet directions. Drain; then rinse under cold water.

Cook onion and celery in butter until softened, about 5-7 minutes.

In a roomy bowl mix together noodles, onion mixture, peas, soup, milk, cheese, tuna; then parsley. Mix well.
