  • Jasmine rice1½ cup

Method

    Set the oven to 350°F, and grease a 2-quart baking dish.

    In the casserole dish, mix together Alfredo sauce, rice, broth, peas, cheese, onion powder, garlic powder, pepper,; then celery salt. mix until well mixed.

    Gently fold in the drained tuna. put the lid on tightly with foil or a lid; then bake covered for about 30 minutes.

    Mix together the topping ingredients in a small bowl. mix the casserole, then scatter the breadcrumb mixture evenly over the top.

    Bake uncovered for an additional 15 to 20 minutes or until hot & bubbly,; then the rice is tender. Broil for 1 to 2 minutes for a crisper, more golden top if desired.

    At this stage, rest 5 minutes before serving.
