Method

    Mix together grated garlic; then lemon juice with a pinch of salt. Let the mixture rest for about 5 minutes. Strain the mixture into a fresh bowl, pressing the garlic to extract juice, then discard the solids. mix in mayo and hot honey.

    Mix all shredded vegetables with yogurt, lemon juice, parsley, salt,; then pepper in a roomy bowl. reserve.

    Mix together ground turkey with onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, mustard powder, salt,; then pepper.

    At this stage, create balls of the meat and let them ready to start cooking.

    Halve the brioche buns; then toast the insides on a high-heat pan or plancha until crispy and golden. Spread the aioli on both bun halves.

    Spray a high-heat pan with oil. Place meatballs in the pan; then press firmly with a burger weight until very flat. Cook for about 3 minutes, until browned.

    Flip, stir in a slice of cheddar to each,; then stack two patties together once cooked.

    On the bottom bun, place 2 lettuce leaves; then 3 pickle slices. Top with the double turkey patty.

    Stir in a generous portion of coleslaw.

    At this stage, close the burger with the top bun and enjoy!
